Let it Snow

What a way to start a new year, with fresh new snow.

Temple Square

This was one of my favorite thing while in Utah. I love coming here and seeing the kids eyes light up when the Christmas lights came on.

This picture is as good as it gets. He was laughing when this was all I could get.

Once we got here Tyler jumps up so I could get a picture of him in front of the Temple. Then he gets a really big smile when he says, "Now I have a picture like you and Daddy do. (Referring to our wedding Picture)

Grandma's and Grandpa's

Not only were we excited about being at Grandma's and Grandpa's but we got to play in the snow and make snowmen. Tyler did his by him self and decided to put a chiefs hat on it.

Raquel even caught on quick and started rolling her own balls. And yes they were very proud of their snowmen.

Award Ceremony

Well its that time again. The kid are moving up and progressing. Tyler got assessed and made it into the beginning flips class. I am so excited for him. Raquel got moved up to an older class too and loves it.

Snow Angle's

We finally got snow here. Not much but it will due until we get to Utah. And yes it melted the next day.

Who would of Thought That 6 years later we would be back to take another family picture.
And who knows, next year we may just have another one to add to our family. :)

Party Time

The next day we took Tyler to Chuck E Cheese for a party. As you can tell it was a Spider man part. I decided to venture with the cake this year and made a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cake. Yummy! It was so much fun that we talked about it for weeks and Raquel as already started planning her party there. LOL. This was Tyler's first party. We all had a blast.

We did not do a party packet so we were thrilled the Chuck E came out to say hi. As you can tell it was a perfect ending. Tyler did not even hesitate to give him a hug.

Tyler's 5th Birthday

I can't believe another year has pasted and our little boy is 5 now. As you can see Raquel was just as excited as Tyler. She helped me wrap the gift the night before. She knew what he was getting and was trying hard not to tell him.

He was such a sweet boy about it too.

Tyler caught his first frog last night. It was pretty big, Trust me I know, the frog got inches from my face when Tyler just had to show me. His smile got even bigger when I screamed.

Halloween

While Jared took the kids around the block I made up some dinner. The kids loved it. I think it is going to be a new tradition

Halloween at the Library

I love the Library. Not only is it free but fun. Tyler and Raquel got to do a story time then make crafts then trick or treat to about 10 different desks. We are most certainly going to get our use in with these costumes. This year Raquel is a Pink Dinosaur and Tyler is a Transformer, Optimus Prime.

Jone's Hay Ride

The kids and I went on a hay ride around a park then got to roast hot dogs and marsh mellows and hang out with some friends from school.

Daniel's Farm

The Field trip this time was at Daniel's Farm. They had Hay Mazes,

Pumpkins,
A Petting Farm,

Tractor Wheel Swings,

A Train of Horses Pulled by a Tractor,

Horse Swings,

A Fort,

Peddling Tractors,

And instead of sand pits it was corn pits.

This is one of the best farms that we have been to and plan on coming here a lot more.
