It has been exactly 5 years since we last came here and all I remember from the first trip was being hungry and feeling as though I would die. Okay maybe I was to out of it to feel like I was going to die. None the less those bad memories have been replaced with amazing ones.
I was humbled when we went to Trujillo 5 years back and I was humbled even more when we went to Cuzco and saw the damaging effects that the flooding left on the people and their homes. But more of the flooding later.
This is one of the Catholic church's in Cuzco.
And this is the Catholic church just 100 ft from the last. There are 3 others that are all with in a block or so of each other. Catholic paradise I suppose. I would have gone in but they charge quite a bit which I did not find it worth it.
